We're in big trouble

We're in serious trouble when she does this interactively and not just half asleep, huh?

At the doctor yesterday they weighed her with a wet diaper AND her clothes on, but it showed 9lbs 7oz. So, the doctor said "let's take 9lbs". Still, yay! Back up (and a little over) her birth weight at 6 days old. It's hard to not worry, since when they're nursing you can't tell exactly how much they're getting, and I swear this child sleeps all the time, even while nursing (unless Grammie's holding her, somehow Pat gets all this fantastic quiet alert time!),so I wondered if she was getting enough!

She does have these amazing periods of just being awake and looking around, taking everything in, really. She gets really still and just stares around, wide awake. It's such a neat time!
